As part of E.L.M.A.R.S. Corporation's public policy, we believe that customers have the right to know how their materials are recycled. Below are links to original copies of reports generated by the Department of Toxic Substances Control. For more information about the DTSC and what exactly they do please visit
www.dtsc.gov. These reports are required filings for all electronic waste recyclers, collectors as well as other hazardous material handlers. The DTSC uses this information to track where materials are collected and to where they are transferred to, insuring that materials are handled by accordance to Federal and State regulations and guidelines.
